The Vale on Virginia will be 49 family homes in Hamlyn Terrace – 200m to the planned Warnervale Town Centre. Works are to begin by the end of 2019. There will be a retail and commercial area with a proposed supermarket, long-term day care centre, child play centre, medical centre and pharmacy, and other shops and professional offices.
