Huntlee is a contemporary new town being developed in the heart of wine country Hunter Valley.

Its got great connections, just minutes from the M15 Hunter Expressway to Newcastle/M1 Sydney, is five minutes from Branxton Train Station and 45 minutes from Newcastle Airport.

Huntlee will comprise of 4 residential villages surrounding a 200ha town centre and will eventually become a town similar in size to Singleton.

A Coles supermarket, medical centre, childcare centre and tavern are already committed to our town centre, and our first village's (Katherine's Landing) community is already strong.
