Project Description

Infinity Towers is located within the Gungahlin Town Centre on a risen site overlooking Yerrabi Pond. It is a landmark project, as it will be Canberra's largest single residential development, and the towers will be the highest buildings in Canberra. Comprising 2 residential towers standing 20 and 22 storeys high, the development will feature a mix of 426 apartments. Developer Geocon, architects Peckvonhartel and landscape architects Spacelab have collaborated to create a building design that is unlike anything else in Canberra. The development features a range of resort style 5-star amenities including a 2500m2 Sky Park on level 6, which includes the 25m infinity pool 20m above the ground with views of Yerrabi Pond District Park. Other features include landscaped gardens, a barbecue area and gymnasium. The location within the Gungahlin Town Centre gives residents access to a range of restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities and easy transport to the city, and the future Capital Metro light rail project will see transport options to the area further improved.
