The Vale on Virginia will be 49 family homes in Hamlyn Terrace – 200m to the planned Warnervale Town Centre. Works are to begin by the end of 2019. There will be a retail and commercial area with a proposed supermarket, long-term day care centre, child play centre, medical centre and pharmacy, and other shops and professional offices. Adjacent to the shopping and commercial precinct and family tavern, would be the 5.2 ha Hilltop Parklands.
